This Project Based Learning program is designed for 5th & 6th grade classrooms to raise awareness in the stewardship of natural resources with a culminating project that results in the building of a mini solar powered boat. Students will have the opportunity to race their boats against other students and schools across the PWAG CET service area.

1st-3rd place winners will be selected in the following categories: Writing, Presentation and Racing. The program is aligned to both 5th and 6th grade science standards and will challenge the students in all aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM).
